3. Why is ShooterBank so inexpensive?

We wanted to make sure that any and ALL levels of photographer – from struggling student to seasoned professional – would be able to afford ShooterBank.

4. How do I become the Featured Photographer?

The Featured Photographer on the home page of the website is picked randomly once a month.

5. I have a Business Tip or Photography Technique that I would like to share with other members, how do I do that?

6. I get the message "you are not authorized to perform that action" when uploading images. What's Up?

As a security precaution, ShooterBank doesn't allow uploads from masked IP addresses or computers that mask your Browser version. This is commonly caused by firewalls. If you are receiving this message, either temporarily disable the firewall or create an exception for ShooterBank.com.

7. Help, this isn't working!

ShooterBank was designed around modern browsers and current web standards. What that means is that you need to have Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox, Safari, or Opera. Javascript is required as well, so make sure you have it enabled if you're running into issues. If all else fails, get in touch with us and we'll see if we can sort out the problem. Be sure to include your browser and version, as well as a detailed description of your issue.
